Amish Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli and cauliflower.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream and shredded cheese until smooth.
Add the crumbled bacon, chopped red onion, and parsley to the bowl with the broccoli mixture. Toss to combine.
Pour the sour cream and cheese mixture over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
