Homemade Pizza dough and sauce!

Been experimenting different recipes for pizza dough, and this is the easiest to do it.
This recipe makes 1-12 inch thick crust or 2- thin crusts.
Ingredients:
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
3/4 cup water (warm water)
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flours
Dusting: 2 tablespoons corn meal (it adds more flavor to the dough)
Steps:
In a large bowl, add warm water.
Then, sprinkle sugar, yeast. Mix well and wait till frothy.
Add flour, salt and oil.
Mix well till combined.
Kneed till smooth.
Cover withth cloth in a warm place.
Let it rise until it doubles it’s size.
Release air by punching the dough.
Dust a clean surface with 2 tablespoons cornmeal.
Roll the dough and form it to round to make a 12 inch pizza.
Brush withth extra oil on the edges.
Ready to add your sauce and favorite toppings.
Bake 425 F, for 15-18 minutes - bottom rack.

Easy Homemade pizza Sauce - Fresh tomatoes
Sauce
Recipe:
2 lbs tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp onion powder
4-6 garlic cloves
Steps: Wash and sliced the tomatoes in half.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place tomatoes in the baking sheet.
Add fresh garlic.
Sprinkle the seasoning.
Roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for few minutes.
Peel tomato skin.
Transfer into food processor.
Process till smooth.
Use right away, up to 1 week in refrigerator. Or freeze up to 3 months. Enjoy!
